Zankar Desai

Zankar Desai is the Assistant Technical Director of Cell Therapy Testing Lab at the Connell & O’Reilly Families, Cell Manipulation Core Facility (CMCF) at Dana Farber Cancer Institute (DFCI) in Boston Massachusetts. She brings over 20 plus years of experience in cell therapy field. Prior to working at Dana Faber Cancer Institute, Zankar was a Lab Manager for Stem Cell Transplant lab at UMass Memorial Medical Centre in Worcester, MA. She has also previously served as a volunteer AABB and FACT Inspector. In her current role she is directly responsible for all product release testing for standard of care stem cell transplant products and for investigational Cell Therapy products under clinical trials. Zankar holds a MBA in Health Care Administration from New England College.
