Raisa Lowe

Raisa Lowe, MS, has significant experience in cell and gene therapy, monoclonal antibodies, protein therapeutics, vaccines, and small molecule therapeutics from her 30-year career in the Biopharmaceutical industry. Raisa joined Arbor Biotechnologies as VP, Head of CMC in 2022. Prior to Arbor, Ms. Lowe worked at Editas Medicine, Juno Therapeutics, Argos Therapeutics, and Novartis in a variety of roles including CMC, Quality and Regulatory. Ms. Lowe received her MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University
