Lisa Deschamps

Lisa Deschamps is CEO and executive board member of AviadoBIO, a private gene therapy company. Prior to joining AviadoBIO, she was Senior Vice President and Chief Business Officer, of Novartis Gene Therapies and previously was Head of Novartis’ Global Neuroscience Franchise. During her 25-year career at Novartis, Ms Deschamps gained significant global and US experience in bringing respiratory and other specialized therapeutic area products from the clinic to commercialization. Ms Deschamps has an MBA in General Management from NYU Stern School of Business and a BBA in marketing from IONA College, Hagan School of Business.
