Jenny Ligon

Since 2012, Jenny Ligon has directed the development of innovative multidisciplinary and multi-generational technical training and professional development programs for the biopharmaceutical and vaccine manufacturing industries as the Associate Director of the National Center for Therapeutics Manufacturing (NCTM).  Performing comprehensive needs assessments, building relationships with industrial and academic SMEs, and maneuvering through the complex curriculum development process, her center’s innovative, completely customizable training offerings to rapidly onboard new hires and skill-up incumbent employees.  She is completely committed to growing the global biopharma industry, and believes that collaboration and not ‘reinventing the wheel’ is key in order to address current and future workforce demands.  With more than twenty-five years of project management, public relations, and business development and administration experience in both the public and private sectors, Jenny is an energetic leader in the biopharmaceutical manufacturing arena.
