Ivan Wall Co-Founder & CEO of FourPlus, who create immersive technology software products for sustainable workforce training in biomanufacturing. He is also Professor of Regenerative Medicine at University of Birmingham, UK, where he is Director of the National Training Centre in Advanced Therapies Manufacturing. The centre is part of the Advanced Therapies Skills and Training Network, coordinated by Cell and Gene Therapy Catapult. He sits on expert working groups to support UK government, advising Department for Education and House of Lords. He has worked extensively with collaborators across industry, NHS and academia, gaining insight into today’s manufacturing challenges and industry processes, R&D landscape, and contemporary solutions to workforce growth. This insight informs FourPlus’ product development and allows the company to create training solutions driven by industry-relevant knowledge and practices
