Alaina Schlinker

Dr. Alaina Schlinker is the senior manager of the Field Application Support Team at ScaleReady. In her role, Alaina facilitates the process of evaluating and implementing instruments into manufacturing workflows. Alaina has more than eight years of experience in cell and gene therapy, specializing in instrument field application support.

Prior to joining ScaleReady, Alaina managed Field Application Support for Cell Therapy Instruments at Fresenius Kabi, a founding partner of ScaleReady. She was instrumental in the evolution of the LOVO Cell Processing System to a gold-standard instrument for a multitude of use applications. Alaina was also a three-time President’s Club Award winner for outstanding field application support. Alaina has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University.
